The architecture of the Chaologix system utilizes RCLGs, short for “Reconfigurable Chaotic Logic Gates”. Logic gates are the basic building blocks upon which computers are constructed. Contemporary computers are based on IC (integrated circuit) chips that employ millions of hardwired electronic logic gates arranged in specialized circuits and arrays. Each individual logic gate circuit is hardwired to allow it to perform one logic operation and groups of logic gates are hardwired to perform single operations that form the building blocks of conventional computers such as memory, registers, arithmetic processing and general CPU functions. The Chaologix system changes all this by allowing every chaotic logic gate circuit, and every array of chaotic logic gate circuits, to switch functions nearly instantly, eliminating the restrictions of hardwired logic gates and consequently eliminating the need for hardwired higher functions such as memory, registers, video and arithmetic processing.
